Ajit Kaikini became known in Bangalore when he was awarded the Kamal Patra award by the Junior Chamber for his services. Creative activities and events for the youth and executives has helped produce better nation under his unique mission Build India. For the Rotary, through Buoyancee, he has conducted the highest number of Leadership camps RYLA. Prior to his job as the Chief Pharmacist in Manipal Hospital, he worked in different capacities as a pharmacist, spanning marketing, production, planning and different other fields which exposed him to the realities in life.

His main forte being creativity, he now helps people recharge their lives as Director - Growth and Corporate Training at Buoyancee. Buoyancee is a unique training centre, the only of its kind poly-training centre, bringing out the best in individuals from age 3 upwards.

A lady who began her career in the field of education, she decided to launch her own establishment in 1992 with her husband. It was started with the aim of harnessing her God-given gift of handling children with an uncanny ability, to bring out the best in them.

A craftsman in the field of training, the designer courses which are streamlined for children, youth and executives, are a perfect blueprint to inspire and transform their attitude for better productivity and a richer life. Recognition by the Rotarians, Guild of Women Achievers (Super Stree) and Junior Chamber (Top Ten Bangalorean Youth) came her way. She has also been recognized by the Sir Ratan Tata Trust who chose her as one of the select few from Karnataka for a unique programme called 'India Leaders for Tomorrow' organised by the Indian Institute for Social Sciences.

A soft skill and life skill consultant for several Schools, Institutions, Corporate Offices as a trainer, She is the Founder President of Buoyancee. Activity Based life skill training was introduced by her in Bangalore since 1992, though it was only in 1996 that the W.H.O made it mandatory for schools to introduce it to their high school students.

Women empowerment is her passion for she accepts the vital role of a women in a world that demands multi-tasking from her! 'Bhoomika' is her brain-child where women are given free training for a week in HR skills. Many homes are happier post-Bhoomika!
